Zbigniew Jankowski
Zbigniew is the architect of our regional and global strategy, with over 20 years’ experience in public affairs and international communications. He has led award-winning campaigns across Israel, Brussels, London, Japan, and CEE markets — representing clients in engagements with institutions such as the World Economic Forum, Chatham House, the European Investment Bank, and the EBRD, and mediating relations with international media including the Financial Times, The Economist, The New York Times, and others. He oversees our Warsaw and Brussels operations and coordinates our international team of consultants.

Johan Gabrielsson
Johan leads our Brussels operations at the centre of European decision-making. He is a senior adviser with over 20 years’ experience shaping regulatory and policy outcomes at EU and Member State level. A trusted adviser to institutions, governments, and senior corporate leadership, he brings deep expertise in EU decision-making, legislative processes, and evidence-based regulation.

Randel Länts
Randel has long-term experience in local, national and EU politics. He has been the secretary general of the Estonian Social Democratic Party, the chairman of the Viljandi City Council and an alternate member of the European Committee of the Regions. Randel was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the State Forest Management Centre (RMK) in 2021-2023. Randel’s strength is understanding and navigating in politics. He has a wide cross-party and cross-sector network. Randel has graduated from the faculty of State Sciences of Tallinn University and Randel has a master’s degree (cum laude) in social sciences from the University of Tartu.
